Redefining Health & Wellness in mobile
June 2024 - August 2024
We know 70% of KP members use the mobile app to access care. During my internship, I explored bringing Health and Wellness resources - previously accessible only on desktop - into the native mobile space.
We understand the untapped potential of a mobile health and wellness presence and how increasing accessibility on mobile would directly promote patient preventative care. Through cross industry research, user research, and prototyping, I designed a mobile experience focusing on onboarding triaging, and personalization to streamline member care.
Redesign of patient monitoring program
August 2024
Supported the redesign of a patient monitoring program impacting clinical teams throughout the CO, GA, HI, NW, SCAL regions. Our team conducted interviews with over 15 clinicians in order to observe their work flows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Presented clinician pain points, needs and further research to support the proposal of new designs and information architecture structures. Our redesign has been in use in for six months now and while we’ve received verbal praise for the new experience being more efficient and intuitive, I am leading follow-up discussions with regional leaders to assess a more in depth overview of its impact.
Mobile Health class directory
Coming soon…
The user experience of browsing, booking, and scheduling classes on mobile is common across industries - not just in health. Recognizing the growing demand for seamless, on-the-go access, I was brought on to a project imagining our Health Class Directory —previously accessible only on desktop—into our native mobile space. This redesign prioritized accessibility as it'‘s pivotal for member engagement, and ultimately supporting member health.
